Cancellation Policy
A $30 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Divka Beauty Lounge at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 24+ hours notice: Your $30 deposit is eligible for a full refund if you cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice: Your $30 deposit is non-refundable. Same-day cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. No-shows: Deposit is non-refundable. By booking your appointment and paying the deposit, you agree to this cancellation and deposit policy.
